Digitalization of measures to support the radio-electronic industry is reaching a new level

As part of the digitalization of measures to support the radio-electronic industry there are accessible:

• register of Russian design centers (organizations) that provide services for the design and development of electronic component base products and electronic products (in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 2392 of December 31, 2020);
• unified register of Russian radio-electronic products (in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 878 of July 10, 2019).

GISP users have an opportunity to apply online for inclusion of the organization in the register of the Russian organizations that provide services for the design and development of electronic component base products and electronic (radio-electronic) products, that will allow to apply for an indefinite reduction in the insurance premium rate from 14 to 7.6% and income tax from 20 to 3 %.

Also, GISP users can submit an application online for products inclusion in the unified register of the Russian electronic products, which is designed to encourage the development of the Russian radio-electronic equipment production, as well as use the import substitution in the public procurement of electronic equipment.
