The Сluster conducted the training "Managing product/process changes"
Change management procedure must be applied by auto component suppliers at the pre-production stages, during mass production and changes, including any product changes, process, production conditions, quality or volume.
The target audience of the course was managers of various levels, specialists in technology, design services, production, also, quality, procurement and equipment management services.
The training program included:
- Management of product/process changes. Requirements for the IATF 16949 change management process. Customer requirements;
- Step-by-step work on managing changes. Internal changes, customer and supplier changes. Product and process changes. Change management risk analysis;
- Place of the change management procedure in the APQP process. Change management and РРАР procedure. РРАР documents revision. Special methods application in the change management process;
- Work organization on change management at the enterprise, change management procedure development.
At the end of the training, the participants mastered the material and completed practical tasks. Also, they discussed the working rules within the changes management of all types and levels, standards and customer requirements. There was developed the form of a standard project schedule with the control points setting. In the Q&A part, the trainer gave his recommendations to each course participant for improving interaction with the customer.
