Cluster members develop skills in applying PPAP standard requirements
The Cluster conducted the training «Production part approval process (РРАР). Supplier testing plan and report».
Training goals:
- competency development in applying РРАР standard and consumers requirements to work with the procedure for approving an automobile component production and planning the new products quality based on the IATF 16949:2016 standard;
- development of tests list, the procedure for conducting and approving with the consumer in accordance with the РРАР standard and consumers requirements;
- competency development on applying the PPAP procedure and integrating requirements into the supplier's internal standards;
- develop the ability of responsibility allocation and organize the procedure for providing accounting documents used in the approval framework;
- scheduling for responsibility allocation when performing activities to form a plan and report for testing the product and process;
- practical tasks.
The course participants had both an individual and team work. The working activity included an application of project activity methods aimed at the responsibility allocation and work in groups.
As a result, the participants mastered the approval procedure within the project schedule, identified responsible for the work, processed the appropriate documents provided to the consumer, checked and approved the documentation from sub-suppliers.
The course participants will be able to implement the acquired skills at the enterprise in order to achieve the necessary result and meet the requirements of the consumer.
