Production processes optimization is the key for sustainable enterprises development

Training «Personnel monitoring system»

This system is implemented at enterprises taking into account consumers’ requirements. In real time, the system allows to:

  • monitor the compliance of the actual execution of processes and regulations for these actions;
  • systematically develop employee disciplines;
  • improve the mentoring/training system by providing effective feedback from employees to managers;
  • identify opportunities to improve processes and its implementation.

The monitoring system allows to detect system errors not only in the production personnel work, but also in the work of services, such as: process department, quality department, production planning and support services. The control is possible by implementing the system to management at all levels.

This training program is practical and aimed at developing skills such as planning, drawing up checklists for the technological processes of your own enterprise.

Practical tasks consisted of simulated typical production situations, where participants practiced their skills to conduct observation and further analysis of the obtained data. As a result, the participants developed a set of documents and working algorithms to use it in their own production.

The Cluster recommends this training to managers at all levels, as the results of its implementation at enterprises have shown its high efficiency and significance.

Training «Management of nonconforming products»

The course consisted of modules and each module contained an actions analysis of nonconforming products identification, preparation of response plans, the procedure for interacting with the consumer, practical tasks and currents issues discussion.

The training program included:

- requirements for the management of nonconforming products at all production stages (from acceptance and input control of components and materials to the transfer of end products to the consumer);

- procedure for detecting defects in the manufacturing process;

- response plan when identifying nonconforming products;

- procedure for analyzing claims on the customer territory with a "0-km" mileage;

- procedure for detecting defects under the warranty;

- procedure for notifying the consumer of a rejection;

- quality problems analysis for currently produced products. Repeating defect;

- practical task.

At the end of the training, the participants noted the relevance of this training and interested in implementing a number of tools for working with nonconforming products at their enterprises.
