The Russian government will spend 25 billion rubles to support the auto industry

Due to the crisis and falling demand, the automotive industry in Russia will receive 25 billion rubles from the budget. Some of them will be used for the purchase of ambulances, some for soft loans and leasing.

 

The government will allocate 25 billion rubles. to support the automotive industry in Russia. This was announced by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during an open government meeting.

 

“We also continue to support industries and businesses affected by the spread of coronavirus infection. On behalf of the president, we will allocate 25 billion rubles to support the auto industry. Of these, 5 billion rubles will be allocated to the purchase the ambulances. In addition, the funds will be used for preferential car loans and leasing, as well as for ensuring advance purchases of local automotive equipment for the needs of companies and corporations with state participation, ” said the head of government.
